Janin Paine is a native Venice, CA resident. Her exposure to the real estate industry began in her teens while managing her family’s properties.

For over twenty-eight years, Janin has been helping people buy and sell their properties and “grow their futures.” With extensive knowledge about local real estate it was a natural transition for her to become a licensed realtor.

She has been actively involved in design and construction of projects in her community. It is her passion for helping others, her vast knowledge of the industry and her excellent negotiation skills that have paved the way for her successful career in real estate.

As an avid environmentalist she practices and implement switching to sustainable materials and bettering the community by way of education. She is a long term member of conservation groups such as TreePeople and Heal the Bay and an active volunteer gardener at the local elementary school.

Janin’s lengthy history as an owner and real estate investor, provides a unique understanding of the challenges and goals of her clients. Janin navigates the client through the buying and selling process, researching and negotiating to marketing, selling and closing deals. With her history in Venice and with the real estate market in general, and of course being backed by Keller Williams, the largest privately owned real estate company in North America, Janin is prepared to answer all real estate questions and concerns.
